When you contact us

The contact page opens your email application. The website does not submit a contact form or collect your message. Information you email to simba@tallycern.com is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the service you requested.

Sample reports

Sample reports contain fictional data. Changing the report period, downloading a CSV or printing a report does not connect your accounts or upload business information.

Website services

The hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives the technical information associated with those requests.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources and interactions such as sample downloads or clicks on an email link. Google Analytics uses cookies and technical usage information. Email message contents are not collected by this website or sent to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Business data

Live reporting connections, access permissions and data handling are agreed separately during setup. Please do not send passwords or customer records in an initial inquiry.

Questions or requests

Email simba@tallycern.com to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent. We retain inquiry details while needed to handle your request and relevant business records.
